Where to study about laws concerning judges and witnesses
#2
The Torah-based laws concerning judges and witnesses for Noahide courts are found in Volume 3 of "Sheva Mitzvot HaShem" (in Hebrew) by Rabbi Moshe Weiner of Jerusalem:

The English translations of 4 chapters from this volume are published in "The Divine Code," 3rd Edition, Part VIII:

From this section we have posted Chapter 1, "The Obligation for a Gentile Society to Set Up a Judicial System":

As a point of reference for the Torah's standards of impartiality, righteousness, and guarding against the prohibition of bribing a judge, you may refer to the related precepts for a Jewish Rabbinical Court (Beit Din). These can be found in Rambam's Mishneh Torah, Hilchot Sanhedrin (Laws of Courts), chapters 20-23, which is available in English (translation by Rabbi Eliyahu Touger, published by Moznaim).
