When the Messiah and the redemption come
#20
Gentiles are only forbidden to keep the ritual commandments that G-d designated specifically for Jews, including the commandments of Sabbath restrictions and sanctifications. But Gentiles are permitted and encouraged to worship G-d, with no restrictions on the time of day, week or month during which they may worship. So just as Gentiles may worship G-d on the 7th day now, so too they will be permitted to do so in the future Messianic Era. And in that blessed time, they will be able to do so at the eternal Third Holy Temple, as it says (Isaiah 56:7), "for My house will be called a house of prayer for all the nations."

Not only that, but in the future Messianic Era, when the Unity of the One True G-d will be fully revealed, all mankind will be inspired to worship G-d together, all the Gentiles together with all the Jews during the Jews' Sabbath Day and New Moon observances (as it says in the verse you cited), and during the Festival of Sukkot (see Zechariah 14:16-17). This theme is included in the traditional Jewish Rosh HaShanah liturgy, in the prayer for the time when "all the created beings will prostrate themselves before You [G-d], and they all will form a single band to carry out Your will with a perfect heart."
