In fact, it is not required for Noahide individuals or communities to be associated with an Orthodox synagogue. But it is highly recommended that organized Noahide communities should seek out an association with one or more reliable Orthodox Rabbis, even if they have adopted "Articles of Association" and "By-Laws" (a secular legal step) for their own community.
All Rabbis who interact with, advise, or provide spiritual guidance to Noahides should use the set "Sefer Sheva Mitzvot Hashem" (in Hebrew), or the version in English titled "The Divine Code" as their reference guide for the proper understanding of the details of the Torah's Noahide precepts:
