I notice in bereshit that on different occasions the mention of sacrifices for Hashem. Can a noahide today still perform these kind of rituals ?

If so how and with what? If not why is it abolish and when?

Although it is certainly not advocated (and who could aspire to a small fraction of the spiritual greatness of the Patriarchs and their attachment to G-d?), nevertheless, there is no prohibition for Noahides to make burnt-offering sacrifices to G-d.
