Love and Fear of G-d
#1
BH

From the Divine Code (p 268, topic 1):

"Gentiles are commanded to fear and honor G-d. This is included in the Torah's prohibition of blasphemy..."

Does this mean Gentiles are commanded to fear only G-d? Or is a Gentile allowed to fear other things as well (death, losing a loved one, evil men and so on)?

A Gentile's capacity to fear, which is a basic human emotion, is not required to be reserved for G-d alone.

However, one can draw inspiration from the life of the holy Rabbi Israel, the Baal Shem Tov. Just before he was orphaned at a very young age, the last words which his elderly father told him were, “Israel my son, you have a very holy soul; don’t fear anything but G-d.”

What is the meaning of G-d's desire for one to have fear and love of Him if nothing exists except Him? In other words my love and fear to G-d don't exist from G-d's perspective. So what's the sense of these feelings hence?
For example I do not exist before G-d but that is OK because I don't have to realize my own presence. It's not the case with the feelings's domain. Please consult.

Similarly, can you please comment on Isaiah 55:8 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts..."? If there is nothing except G-d what is meant to be His thoughts?
