Hi! I ow a library 44 swedish krowns, but a librarian took it away. Is it wrong? Shall i pay even tough i dont need to?

If you returned the borrowed book without paying the fine, there was no theft. But you might get a penalty from the library according to the rules you agreed to when you borrowed the book. For example, they might have a right to ban you from borrowing more books, or from using the library, until you pay the fine.
