Non-marital sex vs. living together
(11-15-2014, 11:37 AM)Johnny Wrote: What if a sexually active couple are only boyfriend and girlfriend and they live together as domestic partners? Are they considered married within the Noahide Code or only if they are intimate with the intent of marriage and make it known publicly they're married?

It is always better not to put yourself into a grey area. A woman who puts herself into this situation should not go and have relations with another man on the side, since it might be that they are considered married in G-d's eyes.

Probably not, if they are not known as a steady couple, and they only have relations occasionally on a purely recreational (i.e. licentious) basis.
